How quickly does the warming tray heat up?
Thanks to its rapid stereo heat transfer technology and advanced heating wire design, the tray heats up quickly and evenly across the entire surface, reaching your desired temperature in minutes.
How many temperature settings are available?
The warming tray features three adjustable temperature modes: 60°C, 80°C, and 100°C—allowing you to keep food warm for up to 6 hours to suit any meal or gathering.
Is it safe to use on all countertops?
The HeatSteady is safe for use on heat-resistant surfaces like granite, quartz, marble, Caesar stone, and stainless steel. Its silicone spikes elevate the mat, helping to reduce direct heat transfer to the countertop.
Note: For non-heat-resistant surfaces—such as laminate, wood, or plastic—we recommend placing a heat-proof mat underneath for added protection. Check out our Premium Heat Guard Mat for best results.
How do I use the Child Lock feature?
After powering on the device, press and hold the 'Child Lock' button for 2 seconds to activate the feature. A red light will confirm that it’s enabled. To turn it off, press and hold the button again for 2 seconds.
Is it safe to touch while in use?
Yes. For added safety, the outer 2 cm of the mat is designed to remain unheated, helping to prevent accidental burns and making it safer for families and shared spaces.
